Service Policies
- Services are by appointment only.
- To ensure scheduling times a 24-hour cancellation policy is necessary. If you do not provide at least 24 hours notice you will be billed for that session, payable prior to the next session.
- You need to arrive on time, ready to train in exercise clothing in order to get the full benefits of your session.
- All pre-paid workout sessions are non-transferrable and non-refundable.
